An old friend of mine used to say that music is like an incurable disease…Once it gets into your blood it’s there to stay.

To me, music is like a good woman. She nurtures the soul, makes me a better person, demands my best effort, but can also be disagreeable and difficult to get along with.

I’ve been working on this love/hate relationship with music for nearly 40 years. I can safely say that for more than half of that time she and I have been at odds. She understood…I didn’t. Forty years later I’m only beginning to understand how little I understand. I’ve learned to let her have her way. She’s in my blood.

I’ve posted some of my recent (and some not so recent) compositions on this site. The player at the bottom of this page will go through all of them as you navigate the rest of the site.
